Paul Cooper

Paul joined OCE in 2024.

He holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants.

In recent years, as well as working part-time, he has been involved with several organisations in the voluntary and charity sectors in treasurer and trustee roles.
